מתחם סביוני רמת אביב
המתחם כולל 10 בניינים . השטחים המשותפים והרכוש המשותף של הבניינים מנוהל על ידי הוועד המרכזי המורכב מנציגים של כל הבניינים.
הוועד המרכזי פועל על פי תקנון ומנהל באופן עצמאי את המתחם בעזרת מנהל מתחם וצוות עובדים. הוועד המרכזי נפגש פעם בחודש ועל פי הצורך. משימות שוטפות מתבצעות על ידי ועדות קבע וועדות המבצעות משימות מיוחדות. החברים בוועדות אלו מתגוררות במתחם.
השטחים המשותפים והרכוש המשותף לכל בניין מנוהלים על ידי ועד הבית.

Savyoney Ramat Aviv consists of ten buildings . The common areas and property are managed by a steering committee the includes representative of all the buildings. The steering committee acts according to procedures (in hebrew) and self-manage the complex with the help of the Complex manager and a team of employees. The steering committee meets once a month or upon event. Regular missions are performed by committees while special missions are performed by ad-hock committees.
The common areas and property of each building are managed by a building committee.
